Labor Training and Consulting Centre offers professional advice and guidance in these steps:
1. Information activities, vocational guidance and career counseling through:
Application of interest questionnaires, worksheets on awareness of your own interests and abilities.
2. Activities of psychological self-evaluation and personality traits through:
Applying a battery of tests / samples, in groups and individual;
The development of personal career counseling records, based on the results of the tests applied and making recommendations by different professions on the labor market.
3. Personal marketing activities through:
Training on techniques for finding a job in various fields, sources of employment in the sector, identifying employment opportunities, choosing methods of recruitment of potential employers;
Presentation model of the Europass C.V. and patterns of letters of intent;
Presentation on rules of the job interview guide.

Information and counseling services in the European project POSDRU / 82 / 5.1 / S / 48625- “The integrated program of training unskilled adults ” – beneficiary AJOFM Sibiu, ongoing period 12.01.2012-31.10.2013, 1600 participants.
Information, counseling and vocational guidance in the European project POSDRU / 125 / 5.1 / S / 128 997 – “JOB FINDER: training, information and assistance in career development and professional reintegration” – beneficiary AJOFM Suceava, ongoing during 09.10.2014-30.09 .2015, 260 participants.
Vocational guidance and counseling services in the European project POSDRU / 161 / 2.1 / G / 137956- “Facilitating the transition from study to employment of the philology students and those of communication through integrated and innovative services ” – beneficiary University of Craiova, ongoing period 23.12.2014-31.07.2015, 374 participants.
Counseling and vocational guidance services in the European project POSDRU / 164 / 2.3 / S / 131 815 – “Increasing the number of employees participating in CVT through training / retraining in the field of hazardous installations” – beneficiary National Company for Control of Boilers, Lifting Installations and Pressure Vessels (CNCIR) SA, ongoing period 19.02.2015-27.10.2015, 510 participants.
Counseling and vocational guidance services in the European project POSDRU / 164 / 2.3 / S / 132 296 – “Increasing the number of employees participating in CVT through training / retraining in handling field” – beneficiary National Company for Control of Boilers Lifting Installations and Pressure Vessels (CNCIR) SA, ongoing period 19.02.2015-30.09.2015, 540 participants.
Career counseling services in the European project POSDRU / 175 / 2.1 / S / 149 602 – “Learn with us to become an entrepreneur” – beneficiary Economic College “Ion Ghica” Braila, ongoing period 28.04.2015-10.09.2015, 500 participants.
We are currently implementing these contracts as sole contractor:
Counseling ,vocational guidance and advice services to support the transition from school to work under the project “Community center of social services Science St. no. 26, Municipality of Galati “SMIS code 50729 – beneficiary Municipality Galati, ongoing period 24.04.2015-17.12.2015, 120 participants, 87 people counseled to date.
