Duration of the program: 360hrs
- 120 hrs of theoretical training
- 240 hrs of practical training

Minimal educational requirement to enroll in this class: 8 grades

Location: Bucharest, Slobozia and anywhere else in Romania, on demand.

- Report sales activity
- Application of NPM and PSI
- Implementation of quality procedures
- Communication at work
- Making teamwork
- Presentation of products and services for sale
- Promoting the image stand
- Maintain inventory of spare
- Checking inventory to sales
- Communication with customers
- Creating ambient environment necessary for sale
- Making the sale
- Collection of value of goods

The certificates are issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection and the Ministry of Education, research and Innovation.
