- Fitting the exterior sewage network
- Fitting the exterior water network
- Fitting the machinery and accessories used in water-sewage installations
- Maintenance work on the water and sewage networks
- Repairing the malfunctions and/or the damages of the water and sewage networks.

The certificates are issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection and the Ministry of Education, research and Innovation.
