Professional Evaluation

Evaluation of professional competence requires consultation and cooperation between theassessor and candidate, is a process of gathering information necessary to establish theirjurisdiction and the trial held against the job requirements.

Skills Assessment ensures that a person shown to have knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the activities described in the standard to which has been evaluated.

The main evaluation tools used by professionals Labor Training and Consultancy Centre are:

- questionnaire

- psihoaptitudinale tests

- candidate's attitude towards certain situations at work

- Simulation of an interview

- observation

The evaluator records the results of evaluations made in the case of evaluation of eachcandidate. At the end of the evaluation result can be "competent" or "not yet competent." In both cases, the evaluator makes recommendations related to attitude, style, efficiency can be improved increasing the professional performance of that person. The employee isadvised to establish a career plan for a period of time.

The candidate declared "competent" after the evaluation process receives a certificate of professional competence. The certificate of competence specified units of competency for which the person was declared competent. The candidates declared "not yet competent" states that it lacks knowledge or practical skills to demonstrate these skills it.

Center for Training and Consultancy specialists advise Labor people to guide them towards a specific job. Evaluators use methods such as:

- self evaluation

- oral questions from which one can appreciate how thought and expression, level of knowledge and operation of their opinions and attitudes, how to solve problematicsituations logic, reasoning ability

- interview

- portfolio consists of certificates, diplomas

- reports from other people (former colleagues, bosses)
