Grundtvig and Leonardo da Vinci Partnerships

The LABOR Training and Consulting Centre wishes to inform you of our interest in participating as partner in Grundtvig and Leonardo da Vinci projects.
Our association is interested in the exchange of good practices regarding education, professional and personal development of both the young and the adults, to which the activities we have been involved in since our founding attest.
The Labor Training and Consulting Centre is an association whose objective is lifelong learning and which is active since the year 2000 in the town of Slobozia, Ialomiţa County and in the city of Bucharest, Romania. In all 12 years of activity our association has acquired an important data base regarding the work field, priding itself with its results in the following domains:
- Professional evaluation of employees accomplished by applying the most modern instruments that can be used for the identification of personal competences and the recognition of the psychological traits and personal skills of each employee.
- Identifying the training necessities using the help of modern methodology, followed by the structuring of an individual or group training program which complies with the objectives the company wants met.
- Professional development programs which consist of qualification/specialization courses for companies, courses in public administration and personal development courses for the adults and the young.
- Consulting services for various clients in the work field.
- Advertising and marketing services for promoting various European projects.
The Labor Training and Consulting Centre has implemented six PHARE Projects, twenty five consultancy projects for the setup of SMEs with funding obtained from The World Bank through the Ministry of Labor, thirty projects which benefit the young by promoting and developing the entrepreneurial spirit, numerous programs organized for the unemployed and for different sectors of the public administration.
